Wednesday's practice at Flowery Branch was missing several key starters as the Falcons prepare to take on the New York Jets this Sunday. RB Michael Turner was a no-show as well as QB Matt Ryan and several other missed the workout as well...

Turner and Ryan continue to be missing from the lineup with injuries that have kept them out of action since their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers nearly four weeks ago.

Also missing from practice today were LT Sam Baker, three quarters of the defensive line -- DE John Abraham, DT Jonathan Babineaux and DE Jamaal Anderson -- and starting CB Chris Houston.

Chris Redman continued to get a bulk of the work at quarterback and appears to be headed for his third-straight start.

In Turner's place were Jerious Norwood and Jason Snelling, both of whom have been adequate in his stead.

Should Anderson and Abraham be missing from the lineup on Sunday, the Falcons will likely work with a rotation of Chauncey Davis, Lawrence Sidbury and Kroy Biermann.

Keep checking back with AFI over the coming days to get updates on all of these players and the likelihood on whether they will play or not.
