| Versatile, dangerous returner and capable cornerback...Boasts impressive career kickoff return average of 23.1 and punt return average of 10.6...Established Falcons team season records in 2003: with 545 punt return yards to pass Billy White Shoes Johnsons mark of 489 in 1983, with 62 kickoff returns, besting Darrick Vaughns mark of 61 in 2001, for most combined returns with 101 ahead of his own record of 77 in 2002, and for most combined return yards with 1,836 to break his record of 1,452 in 2002...His career-best 14.0 punt return average last year was the second-highest in Falcons history to Darrien Gordons 14.1 in 2001...One of only five players to rank in the top 10 in the NFC in both punt and kickoff returns during the 2000 season...Began NFL career as the Eagles main punt and kickoff returner during the 1998-99 seasons, ranking in the top half of the NFC in both specialties each year...Became the first player in Eagles history to twice record 1,000 kickoff return yards with 1,080 in 1998 and 1,347 in 1999. |
